BY THE NAMESAKE offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, standard-sized garments in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized leather pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
